  • PRE-ORDERING

  • Buying Agent Philippines pre-approves supplier selections, negotiates for the lowest price and, begins the processing of sample and, or, swatch requirements.

  • PURCHASING

  • When you are purchasing goods in the Philippines we can assist you by reviewing your invoices to be certain they are complete and accurate (note: it is advisable that these following reviews be scheduled prior to your final order approval).

    1. Review invoices for accuracy.
    2. Review delivery and production timetable.
    3. Review terms and conditions of payment.
    4. Review bank information when necessary.
    5. Review CBM volume estimate for consolidation and loading purposes.
    6. Review correctness of pricing.
    7. Review product description.
    8. Review exporter 'FOB' responsibilities such as fumigation and when necessary providing proper access for consolidation purposes.
    9. Review with both buyer and supplier for the availability of counter samples and/or product photos.
    10. Review details concerning packaging and/or crating.
    11. Review available shipping options.
  • QUALITY CONTROL (QC) INSPECTION

    QC inspection procedures can involve many steps, including (but not limited to) the following:
    1. QC inspection that is scheduled prior to packaging allows for any necessary adjustments and follow-up inspections to be carried out in a timely manner.
    2. QC inspection of each item (as per standard practice).
    3. QC inspection for material and component quality.
    4. QC inspection for structural integrity.
    5. QC inspection for finish workmanship, to include inspection for 'fine sanding' of jointed sections and visual check for blemishes.
    6. QC inspection for accuracy of finish noting if color or shade is as ordered.
    7. QC inspection for product consistency.
    8. QC inspection for review of packaging and material (suitability & effectiveness)
    9. QC inspection report copied to buyer.
  • CONTAINER PACKING AND SHIPPING

    You will gain from having extra care taken when your products are properly packed and stowed into the container. We will review as follows:
    1. Review the most cost-effective method of moving your cargo.
    2. Review all available freight options with you and provide you with the best available recommendations.
    3. Review and plan out as necessary all logistical matters concerning your consolidations.
    4. Review stowage procedures and plan any necessary co-loading with exporter .
    5. Review as necessary loading report (commonly referred to as the "stuffing report") with exporter and freight forwarder to assure that the Bill of Lading ( B/L) and Commercial Invoice (C/I) are accurate.
    6. Review all procedures concerning forwarding of documentation in a timely manner.
