Robert Leonard is an American citizen who was born and educated in California. Since 1979 he has lived and worked primarily in the Asia Pacific Region, maintaining the Buying Agent Philippine regional office in Cebu City, Philippines. Robert is married to a Filipina, they have one child.

In 1998 Robert, the President of Buying Agent Philippines Company established a permanent office in Cebu City, Philippines. He has acquired extensive knowledge regarding doing business in the Philippines and the Asia Pacific Region.

He deals with a host of private companies as well as government agencies.

Robert provides for the international buyer, expert, full time field representation. Buying Agent Philippines (BAP) always goes the extra mile.
